GaiaEx maintains registration as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) in Poland and as a Money Services Business (MSB) in the United States, where applicable. Such registrations do not constitute endorsement or approval of the platform by any governmental authority.
GaiaEx provides access to decentralized blockchain infrastructure through a non-custodial Web3 interface. GaiaEx does not custody digital assets, does not control private keys, does not operate a centralized exchange, and does not act as a broker, dealer, or counterparty to user transactions.
All transactions are executed directly on public distributed ledger networks. GaiaEx does not control blockchain protocols, smart contracts, validators, or network operations.
