GaiaEx is a non-custodial digital asset technology platform. The GaiaEx platform and website are operated by GaiaEx Limited, a company incorporated in Colorado, USA (“GaiaEx”). GaiaEx holds active registration as a Money Services Business (MSB) with FinCEN and is the contracting entity for third-party service providers, including payment processing. Such registration does not constitute endorsement or approval of the platform by any governmental authority.
GaiaEx provides access to decentralized blockchain infrastructure through a non-custodial Web3 interface. GaiaEx does not custody digital assets, does not control private keys, does not operate a centralized exchange, and does not act as a broker, dealer, or counterparty to user transactions.
All transactions are executed directly on public distributed ledger networks. GaiaEx does not control blockchain protocols, smart contracts, validators, or network operations.
