Account & Wallet Issues
GaiaEx is non-custodial — we never have access to your private keys or funds. If you're having trouble connecting your wallet, try refreshing the app or reconnecting your wallet provider. For MPC wallet recovery, please contact our support team directly.
Transaction Issues
All transactions execute on-chain through decentralized protocols. If a transaction is pending, it may be due to network congestion. Check the relevant blockchain explorer for transaction status. GaiaEx cannot reverse, cancel, or modify any blockchain transaction once submitted.
Supported Chains & Tokens
GaiaEx supports multiple blockchains including Ethereum, Arbitrum, Solana, TRON, and Bitcoin. We are continuously adding support for new networks and tokens. If you don't see a specific token, please contact us with the token details.
Security Concerns
If you suspect any unauthorized activity or have security concerns, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. GaiaEx uses MPC technology for enhanced key security, but you should always follow best practices for protecting your digital assets.
Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account directly within the GaiaEx mobile application (Settings → Account Info → Security → Delete Account) or by sending a request to [email protected]. Please ensure all assets, open orders, and positions are cleared before requesting deletion.
